Heat sealer element wire for Optimax S-type impulse sealers. 5mm wide flat wire, sold per metre. Fits the Optimax OS420, OS620, OS820 and OS1020.

How to order: Enter the number of metres as your order quantity. The S-type sealers use a continuous wire that wraps around the seal bar, so measure your existing wire before ordering.
When to replace: Patchy seals, dark marks or visible breaks. Optimax machines are built for high throughput, so keep spare wire in stock if you're running multiple shifts.
