Heat sealer spares kit for the SF500 budget 500mm foot pedal impulse sealer. Replacement element wire and PTFE for 3mm seal bar models.
What's included:
- 2x flat heating element wires (530mm between eyelets, 510mm seal length, 3mm width)
- 1x roll lower PTFE (Teflon) tape
The SF500 uses a 3mm wide element, which is different from the 5mm wire found on most PSF foot sealers. Check your existing wire width before ordering. The narrower element is specific to budget-range models.
When to replace: Patchy seals, dark marks, or visible breaks on the wire. If the timer needs turning up to get a decent seal, the element's worn out. Budget sealers still need fresh consumables to perform properly.
