- 1x Audiocone (anti-adhesive grease)
- 10x upper PTFE (Teflon) strips
- 5x lower PTFE strips
- 5x silicone rubber pads (red)
- 2x vacuum rubber seals
The AVAL PSR 720 is part of Audion's validated medical sealer range, used in pharmaceutical, sterile services and healthcare applications. Ten sets of wire and upper PTFE in one order gives you extended service stock. The red silicone pads and vacuum rubbers are included because they're critical for maintaining seal pressure and vacuum integrity on validated packs.
When to replace: If validated seal parameters are drifting, check the vacuum rubbers and silicone pads alongside the wire. These components affect seal pressure and vacuum pull, which directly impact pack sterility.
