What's included:
- 10x seal wires
- 1x Audiocone (anti-adhesive grease)
- 10x upper PTFE (Teflon) strips
- 5x lower PTFE strips
- 5x silicone rubber pads (red)
- 2x vacuum rubber seals
The AVAL VAC PSR 720 adds vacuum capability to Audion's validated sealer platform. Used in sterile services, cleanrooms and pharmaceutical production where both vacuum and seal validation are required. This parts set is identical in scope to the non-vacuum PSR 720 set, with ten wires and upper PTFE strips for extended service life.
When to replace: Vacuum sealer consumables work harder than standard sealers because every cycle involves vacuum pull plus heat sealing. If vacuum levels drop or seal validation drifts, replace the vacuum rubbers and silicone pads alongside the wire and PTFE.
