Heat sealer spares kit for the Audion D 552 AH/NH continuous band sealer. Original Audion parts. A comprehensive set covering belts, PTFE and heating elements.

What's included:
- 2x V-belts, 5 x 500mm (part 685205-11)
- 2x V-belts, 5 x 1320mm (part 685216-14)
- 4x PTFE belts, 1025 x 24.5 x 0.25mm (part 685206-20)
- 2x round heating elements for D 552 (part 685209-11)
The D 552 is a continuous band sealer, so the consumable set is different from impulse sealers. Drive belts, PTFE transport belts and round elements are all included. This is the full wearing-parts set for a complete overhaul.
When to replace: Belt slippage, uneven seals, or visible belt wear. If the machine is pulling bags through unevenly, check the V-belts first. Worn PTFE belts cause sticking and seal contamination.
