The Audion AD547AHS is a stainless steel horizontal continuous band sealer built for demanding packaging environments in food processing, pharmaceuticals, and clean production. An upgrade of the AD552AHS, this model emphasises robustness, hygiene, and ease of use with 9 pre-programmed process recipes for rapid changeover between different bag types.
Free-flowing products can be kept in the bag by adjusting the height and tilting the sealer head by up to 30 degrees. The conveyor unit adjusts electrically in height, and the conveyor frame accommodates bag lengths up to 460mm. Product infeed runs from right to left.
The digital control panel stores up to 9 process recipes, including machine and conveyor height settings, so switching between different products and bag sizes takes seconds rather than minutes. All operating parameters are controlled digitally, including an automatic cool-down function. PTFE belts seal polythene, polypropylene, cellophane, paper, aluminium, and other laminates.
