Heat sealer spares kit for the Star 66 (S66) rotary band sealer. Comprehensive consumables bundle covering element wire, PTFE, silicone rubber and adhesive.

What's included:
- 10m x 6mm element wire
- 10m x 50mm PTFE tape
- 3m silicone rubber
- 10m x 9mm PTFE backing tape
- 1x tube silicone rubber compound
Ten metres of wire and tape gives you multiple service changes from a single bundle. The silicone compound is for re-bonding the rubber to the seal band. Band sealers go through consumables steadily because the seal mechanism is always running, so it pays to buy in bulk.
When to replace: If sealed bags are leaking or the seal appearance has changed (uneven width, discolouration), strip the band and check each component. Wire and PTFE tend to go first. The silicone rubber lasts longer but hardens over time.
