Heat sealer spares kit for Star S66 and S96 rotary band sealers. Full consumables pack with element wire, PTFE, silicone rubber and adhesive.

What's included:
- 10m x 50mm PTFE tape
- 10m x 9mm PTFE backing tape
- 10m x 6mm element wire
- 3m x 9.5mm silicone rubber/sponge
- 1x tube silicone rubber adhesive
Covers both the S66 and S96 models. Ten-metre rolls of wire and tape mean you can cut to length for either machine. Also available with 9mm and 20mm element widths if your machine uses a wider seal band. Call us for pricing on non-standard widths.
When to replace: Band sealers run continuously, so consumable wear is steady and predictable. If you know your throughput, you can schedule changes before quality drops. Start checking seal integrity more frequently as you approach the end of a wire roll.
