Heat sealer spares kit for Valdamark VIVM-series handheld impulse sealers. Fits the VIVM300, VIVM450 and VIVM630 portable models (also sold as Hawo IVM).

What's included:
- Heating element (0.15mm x 3mm x 5m roll)
- Upper PTFE Teflon (0.08mm x 30mm x 5m roll)
- Lower PTFE Teflon (0.08mm x 30mm x 5m roll)
- Silicone pad (1mm x 6mm x 5m roll)
Everything on rolls, so you cut to length for your specific model. Five metres of each consumable gives you plenty of service changes. The VIVM is a professional-grade portable sealer, and the consumables are tighter-tolerance than generic hand sealers. Make sure you're using the correct replacement parts.
When to replace: If seal quality has dropped on your handheld unit, check the PTFE first. Portable sealers take more physical knocks than bench-top models, and the PTFE can shift or crease. If it's still seated properly, the element wire is the next thing to check.
