The Audion AD549 is a high-performance vertical industrial continuous band sealer for production lines sealing large bags of heavy materials. Built entirely in stainless steel, it handles bags up to 1208mm long and 25kg in weight at speeds up to 20 metres per minute, making it suitable for bulk food packaging, chemical processing, agricultural products, and industrial manufacturing.
The Audion Touch Techware digital control panel stores up to 50 seal programmes, each with its own speed, temperature, and machine height settings. When you change products or bag sizes, select the saved programme and the AD549 adjusts automatically. This cuts changeover time and reduces seal quality errors between production runs.
PTFE belts seal foil laminates, polythene, polypropylene, and cellophane at temperatures up to 250 degrees C. The AD549 produces hermetic seals with consistency and repeatability across long production runs.
