The Senator EVO is a vertical laminate pouch continuous sealer built for production lines running complex laminated films, coated foils, paper-lined bags, and plastic laminates. If your standard band sealer struggles with thick folds, gussets, or heavy laminate materials, the Senator EVO is engineered to seal through them cleanly at up to 12 metres per minute.
Designed as a standalone floor-standing system with a height-adjustable frame and high-level belt conveyor, the Senator EVO is particularly well suited to powders and free-flowing products. Bags are manually fed and guided by a belt-driven infeed that grips the bag top on entry. Firm pressure is maintained as the bag passes through sealing, ensuring the bag top stays square and the seal is made under firm, even pressure. The exit produces a distinctive crimp pattern seal.
The sealing head is built to an industrial specification in stainless steel, with heaters running to 250 degrees C and precision pressure wheels. Electronic variable speed drive and a digital temperature controller provide accurate, consistent seals across long production runs.
