Heat sealer element wire kit for making your own replacement wires. Includes 5 metres of 2mm flat wire and 10 crimp-on eyelets. Cut to whatever length your machine needs and crimp the eyelets on with standard pliers.
What's included:
- 5m x 2mm flat element wire
- 10x crimp-on eyelets
Five metres gives you roughly 10 to 12 wire changes on a 400mm sealer, or 20+ changes on a 200mm machine. The 2mm wire fits most standard hand impulse sealers.
When to use: A good option if you run multiple sealers or non-standard sizes. One kit covers the lot. Cut, crimp, fit.
