- Description
Heat sealer spare parts for 400mm hand impulse sealers using round wire. A universal fit for most 400mm sealers configured with round wire elements.
What's included:
- 2x round heating element wires (400mm seal length)
- 1x lower PTFE (Teflon) strip
Round wire seals and cuts simultaneously. The thin profile melts through the film in one cycle, giving you a sealed edge and clean separation without a cutter blade.
When to replace: If the film isn't separating cleanly or seals are inconsistent, the wire needs changing. Round elements wear faster than flat wire, so it pays to keep a spare kit in stock.
