- Description
The CBS-1100H is a stainless steel floor standing horizontal continuous band sealer for sealing large pre-made bags lying flat. It handles single or multi-layer plastic bags including foils and kraft paper laminates, and is built for production lines running granules, solids, and products that do not spill when sealed horizontally.
The conveyor and head unit tilt up to 30 degrees to help contain partially flowable products during sealing. The height-adjustable integrated conveyor belt is synchronised to the sealing unit, and the control panel sets seal temperature, printer temperature, and conveyor speed independently. Floor standing on lockable caster wheels for easy repositioning. Bags feed in from the right and exit sealed on the left.
Most operators achieve 12 bags per minute or more (5,000+ per day), with throughput limited primarily by loading speed.
