Heat sealer spares kit for 100mm hand impulse sealers. Fits the PackSealer PSH102, KS100 and most other 100mm models.
What's included:
- 2x flat heating element wires (100mm seal length, 2mm width)
- 1x lower PTFE (Teflon) strip
When to replace: Dark spots or visible breaks on the wire mean it's done. If seals are patchy or taking longer than usual, the element needs swapping. Most operations get 3,000 to 5,000 seals per wire depending on film thickness and seal timer settings.
