The PSH102 is a hand impulse heat sealer for small businesses and retail packing operations. Its metal body stands up to daily use, sealing polythene bags and pouches up to 180mm wide at 6 to 10 per minute.
Where budget models use a plastic casing, the PSH102 is built around a solid metal frame that holds its alignment over thousands of seals. The adjustable timer covers a wide film range, from lightweight 2 x 25 micron polythene through to heavier 2 x 150 micron material. Right for small items, retail packaging, and light commercial work.

Common questions
What is a hand impulse sealer good for?
Light, regular packing work: retail bags, small orders, sample pouches, resealing supplier packaging. The element only heats while the jaw is closed, so there is no warm-up and no power drawn between bags. For all-day production sealing, a foot pedal sealer keeps both hands free.
Why a metal body instead of plastic?
Alignment. A metal frame holds the jaw square over thousands of seals, where plastic casings flex and wear. If the sealer is going to live on a bench and earn its keep daily, the metal body is the one that lasts.
What films can it seal?
Polythene and similar heat-sealable films from 2 x 25 to 2 x 150 micron, set on the adjustable timer. If you are unsure about your bag, send us a sample and we will seal it on the machine. Free.
