- Description
The PSH302C is a 300mm hand impulse sealer with a built-in cutter. Seal the bag, then slide the blade across the arm to trim off the excess, or cut bags to length straight from roll stock or polythene tubing. One station, no scissors.
The cutter blade is incorporated into the sealer arm, running the full width of the jaw. The adjustable timer matches the heat to films from 2 x 25 to 2 x 150 micron, at roughly 6 to 10 packages per minute. Supplied with a spare PTFE strip, replacement element, and cutter blade in the box. Previously sold as the KS300C.

Common questions
How does the cutter work?
The blade is built into the sealer arm. Seal the bag first, then slide the cutter across the width to trim the excess off, or to cut a bag to length from roll stock or tubing. One motion, no scissors on the bench.
Can I make my own bags with it?
Yes, that is the point of the cutter. Run polythene layflat tubing or roll stock through it: seal the bottom, cut to length, fill, then seal the top. You get bags exactly the length you need without buying pre-made sizes.
What spares does it take?
Element wire, PTFE strip, and cutter blade. A spare of each comes in the box, and the parts listed on this page under spares all fit. Elements are made here in the UK and held in stock.
How much does a heat sealer with cutter cost?
The PSH302C is £110 ex VAT. It replaced the old KS300C, and spares for it are stocked in our Solihull warehouse.
