Heat sealer spare parts for 300mm hand impulse sealers using round wire. Fits the PackSealer PSH302, PSH302C, PSH302V, KS300, KS300C, PFS300, PFS300C and compatible 300mm models.
What's included:
- 2x round heating element wires (335mm between eyelets, 300mm seal length, 0.5mm diameter)
- 1x lower PTFE (Teflon) strip
Round wire seals and cuts in one pass. It melts through the film completely, giving you a sealed edge and a clean separation without a cutter blade.
When to replace: Incomplete cuts or seals that don't hold are the first signs. Round wire runs hotter than flat wire and wears more quickly, so keep a spare kit on the shelf if you're running high volumes.
