Heat sealer spares kit for 200mm hand impulse sealers. Fits the PackSealer PSH202, PKS200, KS200P, PFS200, PSHK202, KIS200 and most other 200mm models without cutters.

What's included:

• 2x flat heating element wires (235mm between eyelets, 200mm seal length, 2mm width)
• 1x lower PTFE (Teflon) strip

For sealers with a built-in cutter, order a replacement blade separately.

When to replace: Dark spots or visible breaks on the wire mean it's done. If seals are taking longer than they should or coming out patchy, the element's on its way out. Most operations get 3,000 to 5,000 seals per wire, depending on film thickness and seal timer settings.
