Heat sealer spares kit for 200mm hand impulse sealers with a built-in cutter. Fits the PackSealer PSH202C, KS200C, PFS200C and most other 200mm seal-and-cut models.

What's included:

• 2x flat heating element wires (235mm between eyelets, 200mm seal length, 2mm width)
• 1x lower PTFE (Teflon) strip
• 1x cutter blade

When to replace: If the seal is patchy or the cutter isn't separating cleanly, it's time. The wire and blade tend to wear at roughly the same rate, so replacing both together makes sense. Expect 3,000 to 5,000 seals per wire depending on film type.
