Heat sealer spares kit for a complete seal bar overhaul on 300mm hand impulse sealers. Fits the PackSealer PSH302, PSH302V, KS300, KS300P, PFS300 and similar 300mm models. Full rebuild pack covering every consumable on the seal assembly.
What's included:
- 4x flat heating element wires (300mm seal length, 2mm width)
- 4x upper PTFE (Teflon) strips
- 1x roll lower PTFE tape (10mm x 10m)
- 1x upper silicone pressure pad
- 2x cutter blades
This is the kit for when a simple wire change isn't enough. Four complete wire and PTFE sets, a fresh silicone pressure pad, and two cutter blades. Enough to keep the machine running for months. The pressure pad is worth checking whenever you do a wire change. If it's gone hard or shows compression marks, seal pressure won't be even across the full 300mm bar.
When to replace: Persistent seal quality issues that survive a wire change usually point to the pad or lower PTFE. This kit covers the lot.
