Heat sealer spares kit for 400mm hand impulse sealers with cutter. Fits the PackSealer PSH402C, PSH402, KS400, KS400C, KFS400C, PFS400 and most other 400mm seal-and-cut models.
What's included:
- 2x flat heating element wires (400mm seal length, 2mm width)
- 1x lower PTFE (Teflon) strip
- 1x cutter blade
When to replace: If the seal's coming out faint or the cutter leaves a rough edge, swap both. Wire and blade wear at similar rates in most operations. You'll get 3,000 to 5,000 seals per element, depending on film weight and timer settings.
