Heat sealer spare parts for 500mm hand impulse sealers using round wire. Fits the PackSealer PSH502 and similar 500mm models configured for round wire operation.
What's included:
- 2x round heating element wires (548mm between eyelets, 0.5mm diameter)
- 1x lower PTFE (Teflon) strip
Round wire seals and cuts in one operation. It melts through the film completely, so no separate cutter blade is required. Useful for applications where you need a sealed edge and separation in a single pass.
When to replace: Incomplete separations or weak seals mean the wire's past its best. Round wire runs hotter than flat and wears faster. If your sealer's doing heavy throughput, keep a spare kit on the shelf.
