Heat sealer spares kit for 600mm foot pedal impulse sealers. Fits the PackSealer PSF605, PSF605A, PSB605A, KSF600, KSA600 and most other 600mm foot operated models.
What's included:
- 2x flat heating element wires (640mm between eyelets, 600mm seal length, 5mm width)
- 1x roll lower PTFE (Teflon) tape
The 600mm foot sealer handles wide bags and sheeting in production environments. Longer elements are harder to source at short notice, so it pays to keep a spare kit on the shelf. When the wire goes, you don't want to be waiting for delivery.
When to replace: If seals are fading out before reaching the edges or the centre is weaker than the ends, the wire's worn unevenly. Dark spots or breaks anywhere along the element mean it's time.
