Heat sealer spare parts for 400mm hand impulse sealers using round wire. Fits the PackSealer PSH402, PSH402V, KS400, KS400P, KFS400 and compatible 400mm models.
What's included:
- 2x round heating element wires (400mm seal length, 0.5mm diameter)
- 1x lower PTFE (Teflon) strip
Round wire seals and cuts in a single cycle. The 0.5mm profile melts through the film rather than just fusing it, so no separate cutter blade is needed.
When to replace: If cuts are ragged or the film isn't separating cleanly, the wire's worn. Round wire wears faster than flat, particularly on thicker films. Worth keeping a spare kit in stock if the machine's in regular use.
