Heat sealer spares kit for 400mm hand impulse sealers. Fits the PackSealer PSH402, PSH402V, KS400, KS400P, PFS400 and most other 400mm models without cutters.
What's included:
- 2x flat heating element wires (440mm between eyelets, 400mm seal length, 2mm width)
- 1x lower PTFE (Teflon) strip
For sealers with a built-in cutter, order a replacement blade separately.
When to replace: Weak seals, longer cycle times, or visible wire damage all point to a worn element. If you're compensating by turning the timer up, the wire's past its best. Most wires last 3,000 to 5,000 seals depending on film thickness.
