    Heat sealer spares kit for 500mm hand impulse sealers. Fits the PackSealer PSH502, PSHK502, CKS500, KS500C, KFS500C, KS500, PSF500, PFS500 and most other 500mm models without cutters.

    What's included:

    • 2x flat heating element wires (500mm seal length, 2mm width)
    • 1x lower PTFE (Teflon) strip

    This kit covers the standard seal-only wire replacement. If your machine has a cutter blade, order the blade separately or check our cutter spares kits.

    When to replace: Patchy seals, longer timer settings, or visible discolouration on the wire all mean it's time for a change. Wire life varies with film thickness, but 3,000 to 5,000 seals per element is typical.
