Heat sealer element wire for 450mm double impulse foot sealers. 5mm flat wire, extra long, pre-cut with eyelets. Fits the PackSealer PSF455X2, PSF455AX2, KSF450X2 and other 450mm double-seal models.
Specs:
- Wire width: 5mm
- Total wire length: 495mm
The XL wire is longer than the standard PSW455 to fit double impulse sealers with wider seal bar housings. PTFE not included.
When to replace: Inconsistent seals or visible damage. Double impulse machines seal from both sides, so wire wear can be faster than on single-heat models.
