Heat sealer spares kit for 600mm double-heat foot pedal impulse sealers. Fits the PackSealer PSF605X2, KSF600X2 and compatible 600mm double-heat foot operated models.
What's included:
- 2x flat heating element wires (645mm between eyelets, 600mm seal length, 5mm width)
- 1x roll lower PTFE (Teflon) tape
The X2 double-heat models seal from both sides of the jaw, giving a stronger bond on thicker films. The elements are slightly longer between eyelets than the single-heat PSF605 kit, so make sure you're ordering the right one for your machine.
When to replace: Weak seals, visible wire damage, or longer timer settings than usual. Double-heat machines rely on both elements working evenly, so replace both wires at the same time.
