Heat sealer element wire for 600mm double impulse sealers. 8mm flat wire, pre-cut with eyelets. Fits the PackSealer PSF605X2, KSF600X2 and compatible 600mm double-seal models.
Specs:
- Wire width: 8mm
- Length between eyelets: 645mm (600mm seal length)
5mm longer than the standard PSW605 wire to fit double impulse seal bar assemblies. PTFE not included.
When to replace: If the 8mm seal is narrowing or coming out uneven, the element's wearing. Visible pitting or dark patches mean it needs swapping.
