Automatic Impulse Sealers & Foot-Pedal Heat Sealers | PackSealer
Automatic & Foot-Pedal Impulse Sealers
400mm to 600mm, single and double heat, foot-pedal automatic and constant-heat. From UK stock, priced from £399, and backed by the engineers who fix them.

Five impulse and constant-heat sealers
Priced from £399. Here is which one suits which bench.
Clearance stock from UK shelves. Once these sell through, the next batch is an import order, with the lead time that brings.

600mm Automatic Foot-Pedal Sealer
Seals on a foot pedal, so both hands stay on the bag. A 600mm impulse seal for steady bagging without holding a bar down all day.

600mm Double Automatic Sealer
Two heating elements seal top and bottom in one press, for thicker bags and faster cycles. The foot-pedal automatic, built for volume.

400mm Constant-Heat Sealer
A constant-heat jaw for laminated and foil bags that impulse wire struggles with. The heat is always on, so it powers through coated materials.

450mm Automatic Foot-Pedal Sealer
The 450mm automatic. Foot-pedal hands-free operation for smaller benches and lighter runs, at a step down in price from the 600.

600mm Manual Double Sealer
Double-heat sealing across a 600mm bar at a manual price. Press-bar operation, two elements, the value pick for a wide double seal.

We repair what we sell
Chris has serviced these machines for years. When something needs fixing, it comes back to our own workshop and a person who knows it.
Genuine spares, in stock
Elements, wire and Teflon. The parts that wear are the parts we hold, so a worn element is a next-job fix.

Common questions
What is the difference between impulse and constant-heat sealing?
An impulse sealer heats a wire only while you press, so it stays cool between seals and suits everyday polythene. A constant-heat sealer like the PSF415DD keeps the jaw hot all the time, which is what laminated, foil and thicker coated bags need.
Automatic or manual, what is the difference?
Automatic models seal on a foot pedal, so both hands stay free for the bag and the cycle runs itself. Manual models seal when you press the bar down. Automatic suits steady, higher-volume bagging; manual is the lower-cost option for occasional runs.
What does the double-heat (X2) version add?
A double-heat sealer has heating elements top and bottom, so it seals both sides of the bag at once. That gives a stronger seal on thicker or gusseted bags and lets you run faster.
Which seal width do I need?
Match it to your widest bag. A 400 to 450mm bar covers most pouches and mailing bags; 600mm handles wider sacks and bulkier packs. If you are between sizes, size up.
Can I buy online and how fast is delivery?
Yes, every machine here is in UK stock and buys online directly. Tell us your postcode at checkout or call us and we will confirm the dispatch date.
Do you repair these and stock the spares?
Yes. We service and repair the machines we sell from our Solihull workshop, and we hold the parts that wear, like heating elements, wire and Teflon.
Can you seal my bag before I buy?
Yes. Send us a sample, we will seal it on the machine we would recommend and tell you how it performed. It is the surest way to pick the right one.
