The PSF605 is a 600mm foot pedal heat sealer for wider bags, with a 5mm seal that bonds stronger than the standard 2mm. Pedestal mounted at 870mm, so the operator works standing with both hands free to position the bag.
That hands-free operation is the point of a foot pedal heat sealer. Clothing, textiles, large document wallets, anything where you hold the bag open while loading, then seal in one press. We see these on e-commerce packing benches, in garment fulfilment, and in workshops bagging bulky parts: jobs where the bag is too wide for a hand sealer and the operator needs both hands on the product. The adjustable timer covers films from 2 x 25 to 2 x 150 micron at up to 6 packages per minute. If you want the same 600mm seal with an automatic timer doing the timing for you, that is the PSF605a.

What is the difference between the PSF605 and PSF605A?
Both are 600mm foot pedal sealers. The PSF605 is manual with a wider 5mm seal, so it suits heavier bags that need a stronger bond. The PSF605a adds an automatic timer for consistent results without operator timing, with a 2mm seal.
Why choose a foot sealer over a hand sealer?
Both hands stay free. You hold the bag open, load it, position it on the jaw, and press the pedal. With clothing, textiles, or anything bulky, that makes a real difference to speed and seal placement. The pedestal also puts the work at standing height instead of hunched over a bench.
What bags can it seal?
Polythene bags up to 580mm wide, in films from 2 x 25 to 2 x 150 micron. For thicker films, foil-based laminates, or gusseted bags, you want double heat: see the PSF605X2.
